  Pros

  It should have been very useful product if i could install it on my PC.

  Cons

  I downloded it OK, but in the process of installing it on my PC i received note that this file can not be installed cause it somehow damaged.

  Summary

  I can explain none about this product for i couldn,t install it on my PC in a proper way.

• Crashes on Win2000 Server OS

  Pros

  I "think" it incorporates GeoIP to locate callers on a World Map but can't found out.

  Cons

  Crashes every time on Win2000 Server when I stop the monitoring. No help file built in. Clicking the About option brings up a screen offering two options ... Donate and Visit Web Site. Visiting the Web Site offers Computer Repair service but nothing about the software.
