Changer XP is an integrated tool for personalizing IE's skin, logon screen, desktop wallpaper, and screensaver as well as the boot screen. You can program everything to change automatically after a specified time period, including in seconds, minutes, hours, and days. The program supports a thumbnail view and image resampling with interpolation and averaging to produce the best-quality image for the boot screen and desktop wallpaper. The program also supports color reduction with image dithering to keep the quality of the source image for the boot screen, logon screen, desktop wallpaper, and IE skin. You can use hot keys to access features quickly, and support for JPEG, BMP, TGA, GIF, PNG, TIFF, WMF, EMF, and TGA files are supported.

Version 1.04 supports ntoskrnl.exe files in the boot screen changer.

I know this product is just some free program to change up your wallpaper, and it does that, very very well. This item saved my computer! It backs up your boot record and adds a backup option to your boot menu. If it had not have been there I would have been totally screwed when my computer crashed. Thanks to this application, I was down less than 10 minutes. Just rebooted using the backup Changer XP made and fixed the problem.

dont use this it almost messed up my comp but it did boot up and the picture i choosed wasnt good try uninstalling it serveral times and back to normal any 1 has a boot change like this and its better i hate to see this loading of xp i want it change but works give me an email whitemge2002@yahoo.com well i got mad and report it to the maker also

It sucks, it doesnt really replace your start up backgrounds etc. it just puts a picture on top of it. secondly it messes up your start up, instaed of just going into windoes it gives you two options, either log on to regular windows or a backed up version by the program. SUCKS it SUCKS
