Monitor files for changes and e-mail them.

Change-N-Mail is a small utility that runs in the system tray. It allows you to specify a list of files that you want to monitor for changes. Any time it detects a change in one of these files (by virtue of the Last Modified/Last Write meta data of the file) it will e-mail it to an address that you specify as well as log the information to a file. E-mail is sent through the SMTP protocol and requires that you have access to an SMTP server (more than likely your ISP offers one at no charge) and supports port altering, SSL encryption and SMTP login.
