• This is total garbage. DO NOT BUY.

  Pros

  NIL. There is nothing positive about this software, except for the person I just paid money to for this useless software that has done nothing for me but wasted my time.

  Cons

  The program does not work. Trial version does not enable ripping of protected disks, which makes it pretty much USELESS. After I bought the software I only got error messages. I emailed the "help desk" almost a week ago and have heard nothing.

  Summary

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE!!!! I am not sure where the positive reviews on CNET came from but take my advice and ignore them. There are plenty of alternatives out there, including free ones, which I have used before and am going back to.
