This simple program saves you the effort of reaching over and manually ejecting a disc from your computer but offers nothing we'd consider groundbreaking or necessary. CD Ejector appears as a system-tray icon; right-clicking it serves up your options, which include the ability to open or close your CD tray, as well as see what information is on the disc. You also will find a tool for locking your drive, but this feature is unavailable in the demo. The Properties option lets you make a few simple tweaks to the program's appearance and behavior--such as changing the color of the system-tray icon--but the frequent nag screens annoyed us during testing and also will probably bug other users. CD Ejector does what it promises, but if you look hard enough, you can probably find a free program that performs the same simple jobs.

With CD-Ejector you can customize how you want to operate your drives, suit it to your Laptop with one click eject system, or Auto close your tray after x amount of seconds. Some cool features like a spinning CD Tray Icon, and POP-UP balloon messages to tell you important CD information about your Disc, and even a locking feature to lock up your CD-Drives, and stop active young fingers from playing with CD-ROM Ejector Buttons.
