This simple program saves you the effort of reaching over and manually ejecting a disc from your computer but offers nothing we'd consider groundbreaking or necessary. CD Ejector appears as a system-tray icon; right-clicking it serves up your options, which include the ability to open or close your CD tray, as well as see what information is on the disc. You also will find a tool for locking your drive, but this feature is unavailable in the demo. The Properties option lets you make a few simple tweaks to the program's appearance and behavior--such as changing the color of the system-tray icon--but the frequent nag screens annoyed us during testing and also will probably bug other users. CD Ejector does what it promises, but if you look hard enough, you can probably find a free program that performs the same simple jobs.

Only worked with primary cd rom and is not really any easier than going to drive and ejecting manually......

Summary
The only thing I would like to see is to have the ability to choose which cd tray to open, now that most people have more than one. This utility opens what it considers the primary cd tray.
