Cast Controller brings every video on the web from your phone or tablet into your living room easily. Browse the page where your video is located and play it instantly on your Chromecast, Android TV or any Google Cast enabled device, your Amazon FireTV or FireTV Stick. Watching videos from the Web has never been easier before: Connect your phone or tablet to the same WiFi-Network your FireTV or Cast-Device is on. Choose the device you want to play on from the Toolbar. Visit the page where your video is located. You can type an URL or a search term into the input field. If Cast Controller found a video, the Action Button turns orange. Tap it to start playing on your TV. On some pages as well as on lists of videos on a single page (like on your Facebook stream), you may have to start the video in the Browser first to get it recognized. Supported Videos and Sites: Some sites actively refuse third parties to access their videos, e.g. Youtube or Vimeo. Similarly, videos from sites using highly customized players, like Hulu, Netflix or Amazon Video can't be played either. Fortunately, there are nice official apps for most of these. Flash Videos are not supported as well, as neither Cast nor FireTV can play them. Simply put, Cast Controller handles every video that would play on your phone's Browser too - with some minor exceptions. Please note: The Desktop mode is limited to sites that are actually using seperate Desktop/Mobile versions. So called "Responsive" sites (like the startpage of Cast Controller) adapt solely on basis of your device's screen size and can therefore not be changed. Too, if you experience any issues discovering videos using the advanced Browser features, try to disable Desktop mode and enable Javascript for best results. Problems?
