Good Business Simulation

Pros
I have loved this game. it is the complete business simulation and it really is difficult to play all the dimensions of the game. loved the fact that you can invest in stocks on behalf of your company(or urself) while also running the business.
Cons
Only one - all the simulation situations essentially boil down to the same game. But its a pretty multi dimensional game.
Summary
i played this game so much that my CD actually got spoilt. So i have to buy the game again. THAT much i loved the game.
