I didn't have any problems downloading or installing the software. It ran fine I guess up to a point.
Cons
This software was unable to recognise a single character from a small scanned document in simple TNR font. Not impressive after it bragged on how it could recognise so many fonts. After several tries, using various methods, I did encounter an error from which I was unable to escape and ended up having to use the task manager to kill the program. It is already uninstalled. I will have to look for something else.

it works surprisingly well where other programs failed to work because of colors. However, I wish to have "fixed region" as well as "append to a file" output before I buy it...

After DL'ing the 90k install file from Cnet Downloads. I received the fallowing error, upon installation attempt. ERROR: Could Not initialize installer. File size expected = 345905. size returned=93158. A dynamic link liebrary (DLL) initialization routine failled.
