Terrible clunky operation, other versions better

None. Everything takes forever to do and is confusing.
Cons
Graphics are terrible and play is unbelievably cumbersome. For years (since Windows 98 at least), I have played the old version with the voice-over in a Dutch accent. Still available and can found by searching Google under Canasta For Windows (now from something called LO4D.com) - and the latest version works fine in Win10 (still accepted my license number from 15 years ago). I finally found it after giving up on this junk. Have now uninstalled this garbage.
Summary
Terrible. Get older updated app called Canasta for Windows instead.
