CamUpload is a tool that captures images from a Webcam and sends them to a website via FTP. It uploads an image at user preset time intervals, and can be configured to capture images when movement is detected. CamUpload is widely configurable, outputs JPG quality images, implements movement detection sensibility, prints the time stamp over the captured images.

Works ok, though...

Pros
It works, that it is a small download, that it seems to not use up too many system resources, and that it is very quick to set up.
Cons
The interface (it is clunky and unattractive) and more so, I dislike the fact that (at least with the trial version) you can't get it to capture still frames more often than every minute.
