Summary
I have been trying to contact the company's support team for the last 4 weeks, to no avail. A good support team that I experienced last year seems to vanish. Please disregard my favorable review above.
Directly Capture Video/Audio from Screen

Pros
Capture the streaming video and sound instantly. No configuration or wiring needed.
Cons
The virtual sound source created my hamper the subsequent playback/recording of multimedia files. Windows (7) seems to confuse between the "real" and "virtual" sources.
Summary
To record a streaming video presentation with narration played with Windows Media, most software either can't capture the sound, or need a line-in connection. Camersoft Screen Recorder, however, creates a kind of virtual line-in as the recording source hence enabling me to capture both the video and the sound easily. The online support has been helpful in solving the sound source conflicts.
