We have provided this to one of our large corporate customer as helpdesk solution and they are really very happy. It covers service request management for all departments. additionally it has so many features that it works like an intranet solution with helpdesk

So this application does not only work as IT Helpdesk App but as a complete Helpdesk solution for your organization. Truly multi location application which supports centralized management as well as decentralized management of services. This module works as an internal service request management, so users can raise service request to any department of his/her location. Features like linking the service request helps inter-department communication on a particular service request. Customer Care modules takes care of Customer Complaints. And vendor portal enables to integrate third party vendors for outsourced services. C-Desk works as an intranet portal for the organization. Features like asset management, notice board, Log books, Projects and tasks, Events & photo gallery, Birthday calendar, etc. are some of them.
