Brutal Doom is a mod that cranks up the original Doom's mayhem. Expect way more blood, tougher enemies, and inventive ways to paint the walls red. It's made for the player who thinks Doom wasn't quite violent enough.

  • Pros

    • Satisfyingly over-the-top gore and violence | New enemy attack patterns add challenge | Toss enemy heads as projectiles? Yes, please | Works with multiple classic Doom titles

  • Cons

    • May be too intense for some players | Can be difficult to configure correctly | The added gore can sometimes obscure the gameplay
