  It just works. The fact that your subscription guarantees upgrades that handle new DVD formats is an important one to me.

  Cons

  I was having a lot of trouble with the program occasionally NOT putting subtitles in the encoded file. I finally figured out that the subtitle choice box is NOT for the conversion in general, but is specific to the track that you select. That is, you can select to rip some tracks with subtitles, and some without. This is never made clear in the instructions, and should be. To choose to write subtitles, you must click on the track and make that selection. I would have given this 5-stars, but this requirement should really be spelled out somewhere.

  Summary

  This is a very good product. With the exception of the con mentioned, the user interface is excellent, and the range of selectable conversion parameters is excellent. I have never had trouble using it to rip, in a years worth of use on many different DVD products. I inquired about support a few times, and got fairly prompt and informative replies.

  I cannot think of any.

  Cons

  The software did not work as advertised. There is no one to talk to about your issues. It takes 3 days to get a response if they respond at all. They promise a refund if you are not satisfied but when I requested one, they stopped responding to my emails.

  Summary

  There are better softwares and better companies out there who are responsive to your questions and will give you the support you need. Skip this one!

  Pros

  I think this Video Converter is the best. The most important is that the customer service is helpful. Bought a lof of online software, this company is the only one that sends me emails to check whether I meet any trouble during the usage. That's great. Good customer service!

  Pros

  I have used Brorsoft video converter for two years now. I like its stability and its ease of use. Now its been upgraded to Ultimate for more functions.

  It lacks support for downloading online videos.

  Pros

  this is very nice app for pc, I needed to make a video compilation for my friend for her weeding. Brorsoft made it way too easy when i was struggling with lack of time.

  I liked it can operate for all video formats.i use it to convert 3gp videos that i needed for my handy phone. And also cutting movies into small ones.It work perfect.
