BMI is a heuristics proxy for human body fat based on an individual's weight and height. BMI does not actually measure the percentage of body fat. WHR is a Waist-to-Hips ratio used as a measurement of obesity, which in turn is a possible indicator of other more serious health conditions. WHiR is Wait-to-Height ratio is a better measure of the risk for health issues related to heart.
