• Avoid! Quickly stops working, and there's no support.

  Pros

  Awesome when it works. Gives you complete remote management tools to monitor any computer on your network by keystrokes, screenshots, etc.

  Cons

  Quickly stopped working, and I can't get any support. When I first installed it, it monitored everything, and put everything in an orderly format. It quickly stopped monitoring keystrokes, and has deteriorated ever since. Now, it monitors almost nothing, and hangs in "not responding" mode most of the time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Further, I can't get any response from customer support, and all the comments on their website are like 4 years old. I also can't remove the monitoring agent from my remote computers. Wasted $40.00, for something that only worked for about a day or two. Avoid it!

  Pros

  anti virus software didnt block it,installed easy. complete stealth on remote computer.

  it doesnt record everything. very hard interface.

  Summary

  this program didnt remotely install the agent over the network, i had to deploy it manually. although it installed easily enough, it did not record anything for about 4 days. then it only recorded about 5 min of actual activity over 2 days. very frustrating program. when i tried to connect with the computer it said that the remote connection was disabled, but later showed me some surveillance. it did not show any text that was typed coinciding with the screenshots that i could clearly see an I.M.

  Pros

  Lightweight installation, slick UI, efficient 'one to many' monitoring, non-evasive data recordings, records web, messages and all user activities, variety of reports and email notifications.

  Cons

  Not too much: some UI usability quirks

  Pros

  Intercepts a lot of information. Keystrokes, screenshots, voice are very useful.

  Cons

  There is a room for improvement. When I see some entry, it would be nice to have ability to take a look to corresponding screenshot and keystoks if available.

  Summary

  Overall is very good profram. I monitor 4 computers, including one, one which it is installed ( this one is just to see if anyone use my computer, when I am not home) and I like it.

• Records Skype voice conversations

  Pros

  It records Skype voice conversations. Even when I had video conversation it recorded audio part of it. I am currently trying all features so may have update later.

  Cons

  Would be nice to have report related to audio conversations. Like users,who talk more than others, longest conversations, etc...

  Summary

  I wanted something to intercept skyke voice conversations and I got it.

  Nothing the product is crapware

  Cons

  Three desktop computers all up to date with Windows update. Vista Ultimate 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit Registered email address and Blackbox site says NOT REGISTERED when login attempted

  Summary

  Here I logged on Casique as an administrator, watchdog, Jupiter and another desktop name INSANE. Checked Casique TCP set with value 7000. Checked that all computers shown on home network. In all cases display message says "The network path was not found or Acess is Denied" consider product status rubbish. PS have written to ASM support

  Fast product update cycle. ASM Software working hard to improve BlackBox quality and feature set.

  Still has some minor UI quirks.
