BitNami WAPPStack for Windows

BitNami WAPPStack simplifies the development and deployment of PHP applications. It includes ready-to-run versions of Apache, PostgreSQL, PHP and phpPgAdmin and required dependencies, as well as the Amazon AWS PHP SDK for developing applications for the Amazon Cloud.

It makes it as easy as possible to install open source software, automate the process of installing and configuring so you can have everything up and running in just a few clicks. They are completely self-contained, and therefore do not interfere with any software already installed on your system, It can be installed in any directory.
