Adjacent properties can be entered to assist in notification process for your town or village residents. The software is extremely easy to use and the powerful search engine allows you to search anything to include items in Meeting Minutes. No more digging through paperwork to find out what was discussed at a meeting or who was in attendance. The built-in calendar scheduler makes scheduling a snap. A one time setup for recurring meetings is all you need to do to manage your monthly or quarterly meetings. Once you use this program, you'd wonder how you could have functioned without it.
