Bates Express is a program for stamping bates numbers to PDF, DOC, TXT, HTML, and XLS files or emails in batch. You can stamp bates to your emails or Word files and convert to PDF simultaneously. You can use predefined stamps (such as confidential, highly confidential, for attorney's eyes only, and commercially sensitive) or enter any customized text or numbers. It allows selecting the color, font, size, and the position of bates stamp. You are able to convert emails to PDF and stamp bates numbers to each page in just one click. With Bates Express it is possible to minimize the routine of discovery and production.

Pros
Easy to work with thanks to intuitively laid-out interface plus batch function. No errors detected. Does not seem to take up to much hard drive space.
Cons
A little slow to batch-stamp documents and the price appears to be a little too high for a small piece of software such as this

Pros
The stamp-and-go experience made me want to buy the license version right away without waiting for the trial period to expire and it took one day instead of 30 for me to realize that I'd never have found a better piece to stamp my emails with!

Pros
I was impessed with this program. I had to convert a lot of e-mails in one batch and to stemp a header and a footer on them. The program did it without any problmes. User interface is intuitive. I even did not need any Help file or instruction on how to use it. Everything works fast. The results are perfect!
Cons
To tell the truth I did not find any cons.
Summary
I recommend everybody using Bates Express. Thanks creators for this program!
