Base64er sits quietly in your Systray (System Tray). When you need to encode or decode text, simply right-click the Systray icon to decode or encode the text.
nothing is more neat than an app like this take smallest taskbar space (it stay next to clock). any thing that you copied in clipboard is ready to be encoded by this app waiting in the tray, right click it and choose encode clipboard, and you are ready to paste the base64 code from your clipboard. It detects your clipboard for convenience! So in other words, save you time from having to paste/copy (pressing ctrl+v.. ctrl+c) text into text field for encoding/decoding. Also unlike online encoding needs you to wait awhile, remove breaklines.. etc. This app generates base64 code in plain continuous string and ready to use. This guy who develop such a tiny app really somebody who don't mess with time, only productivity and simplicity.
Cons
None... this is simply the BEST now. if anybody try to make any app better than this, it got to be an app that auto detect clipboard and encode immediately, and user is ready to paste the encoded string with a hotkey if that's what mean to be encoded.. without even having click any icon or menus.
