MIGHT BE A GOOD AUDIO CONVERTER

WHEN ENCODING FOR RINGTONE ALL IT DOES IS CREATE THE SAME FULL-LENGTH VERSION AND DOES NOT ALLOW FOR BREAKING DOWN TO MAKE 15-30 SECOND RINGTONE. HELP DOES NOT EXPLAIN HOW TO PERFORM TASK EITHER.

DOES NOT SEEM TO ALLOW SAMPLING OF SONG OR AUDIO TO CREATE A RINGTONE. IT ALSO DOES NOT EXPLAIN HOW TO SAMPLE IN HELP SECTION. FREE TRIAL DOES NOT CREATE 3 RINGTONES.

the trial period was only 10 conversions. Then you have to buy it. I thought it was worth it.
