DON'T BUY THIS. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY

If you need to use it after a while or upgrade it, the serial number will no longer work. It's a ripoff. They don't answer emails and don't have a number to call. $30.00 down the drain. They have an option to register by email and that doesn't work either. I am surprised that an outfit like CNET still pushing these thieves' product. Wished I could give it a 'zero' star

... but as they improve their product the upgrades don't support the SN you got when you bought it. This might be a technical glitch, but it's a HUGE one. I ended up uninstalling it in anger after my emails to their support address were ignored. When I uninstalled a page popped up to leave feedback, but even THAT wouldn't work. Axara ripped me off 30.00 and I don't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could leave my registered contact information for them to look up and make amends, but I would be an idiot after trying all of their official methods.

I bought the product & have had nothing but trouble with it, they send a number to enter & it's refused by the program. If you reinstall it,the same numbers don't work anymore! I've been trying to contact support for 3 days now & still no response from them!

Trial version was easy to use and seemed to work well TRIALPAY processed the order and provided immediate refund when AXARA didn't send product after receiving payment.
Cons
BEWARE! After making purchase, this company did not provide a key to activate their full version and did not respond after several days of repeated requests.
Summary
Purchase at your own risk. There is no form of contact for AXARA MEDIA other than email. It's disappointing that CNET would support a company that doesn't follow through with their customers but it's also reassuring that their online payment processing partners are legitimate and very responsive.
Very efficient program easy in use. Recommend it!!

I appreciate its audio extract option. I downloaded a video, opened it with Axaravideo and extracted an audio fragment i needed. Very fast and easy, unlike these numerous online programs

Have long used this program for their home video collection. Really good program, having a fast conversion speed. Often convert flv, f4v and mp4 videos from various video services into a format avi.

The program I was completely satisfied.
