Compress Outlook mail attachments automatically.

How often have we received mail from a colleague, with a HUGE file attachment. Maybe a 10 MB attachment, which could have become just 1 MB or less if zipped(compressed)? This is a lightweight Outlook plugin, which automatically, and transparently zips the mail attachments, just before the mail is sent.

It zips the files, just before the mail is sent and works on selected file extensions. It is also smart enough to skip compressing a file, if it feels the file might not compress much!

The plugin can be easily enabled/disabled from the Ribbon menu.

Pros
I work heavily on Excel and size vary from 5 MB to 30 MB. In order to send these excel file via outlook it take long time as well other people has to monitor they memory usage. This addin helped lot it compress excel more than 60% which saves everyone's memory. Great innovation :). Also it is smart enought to decide which file to compress.
