Make a pop-up start menu! Burn this program onto a Data CD along with the your other files. When the CD is loaded on a computer, it will pop up a menu that directs the user to choose from several options. Prior to burning, you can design the options by simply editing the text file called autorun.inf. You can use AutoMenu to launch programs, setup files, web sites, text files, MP3 files, Winamp m3u playlists, and more. 8 custom buttons.

It works, it's simple, it's free.
Cons
Can't change the font color, so very few color combos work with the text. Not a lot of options.
Summary
This simple program walks you through the programming of a very basic autostart menu. You can't control the menu size (other than by adding more buttons) nor the button sizes and the odd font washes out in most of the background and button color options, which doesn't give you many combos. It does what it says it'll do though, and that's all I ask!
Deep Burner is far better than this one

Wanted to give out a CD with some data files but wanted to it to be more presentable than just a disc with a couple of data files. This program simply does the job through a simple autorun menu and for me that I have no time to spare, it did it in 10 minutes! I do not normally write reviews on the web but found the simplicity of this one really impressive.

Automenu provides a basic, yet functional and customizable autostart solution for CD's. I use it mostly for the utility CD's that I make for my technical team. Unlike most autorun scrips, this one comes with a menu of options that you create. A useful feature for cd's with multiple files or programs. All in all, I'm happy to give it 5 stars
