• Miscategorized and needs to be removed from "FREE"!!!!!

  Pros

  There can't be any "pros" when the software was intentionally miscategorized. This is not the "Free to try" category. Do not download this program or anything else from APBOSoft or their conglomerates, as well as their sister software companies.

  Cons

  This is a trial version and it does not belong in this category. This is intentional and as long as CNET allows this, the site will continue downhill.

  Summary

  I have been a member of CNET for a least 10 years. As long as no one moderates the uploads this site will become garbage. Do not download this if you were looking for a free program. It was intentionally miscategorized, which bring up suspicion that the cookies you accept while using the program may be trackers. The darn download title even projects that it is a trial version. It is named "trialsetup.exe". Wake up CNET! I not only was the first person to write a positive review for Sygate Firewall, but prior to Sygate even being in the download section, I had to recommend Sygate be added to the downloads. That alone should give you an idea of my character. Sygate was the very best 100% free firewall, totally un-hackable until Norton/Symantec purchased it.

• AutoPayroll has more features then I needed

  Pros

  This software is very simple to use. I complete the payroll for my 20 employees in less than five minutes. <p>Its reports provide complete breakdown details. Support team is very good in helping me with my questions. <p>I can now use Auto Payroll to prepare all my quarterly tax report easily. It definitely save me money and payroll headache. <p>I highly recommend this software.

  Pros

  I downloaded AutoPayroll Trial version last week and tried it out. AutoPayroll is very slick. It can handle both salaried and hourly employees. You can use both time sheet and manual payment menus for recording employees’ work hours or payments. For fixed salary employees, you can even automate their payments by select “None” for time entry method and “Auto” for salary entry. The report looks very nice. My California taxes are correctly calculated. <p>I gave an “A” grade for this software!

  Pros

  I've tried several other payroll software but had to give up. AutoPayroll allows you to create your company and enter employees? information in such a simple way. For my business, I use the Group time sheet to enter my weekly employees? working hours and do a ?Process Paycheck?. The generated paychecks and report look very good. I strongly recommend this software.

  Pros

  I took me less than 3 minutes to download the AutoPayroll, and it took less than a minutes to install the software. First I set up my company profile which is fairly easy, then I set up all my employees's information. The first three tabs of the Employee set up are very easy to fill out. However, the fourth tab which is Tab Payment History seemed to be a little bit involved at first, but after I read the Help (available via the Help button) my confusion was clear up. I like the following capabilities and features of AutoPayroll: <p>1. Time Clock: I have two hourly wage employees and I currently do their timesheets in a manual fashion. Now, with the AutoPayroll's Time Clock, my hourly wage employees can clock-in and clock-out when then come in and get off respectively, and the AutoPayroll will automatically handle their timesheets. The software also automatically takes care of overtime and holiday rates. This Time Clock is really a boon to me, and it will save me a lot of time. <p>2. The automatic payment feature for salary employee is very handy for me (even though I have only one salary employee). Now with only a few clicks from the Icon Paycheck, I can have my employee's paycheck prepared instantly without the onus of filling out the timesheet. I tell you it is COOL! <p>3. The capability to print paycheck on any pre-printed check or on plain paper is a nice and money-saving feature for me. <p>4) Automatically generating tax Form 941 and 940 is excellent, and it will make my life easier. <p>5) Reports can be generated with ease. <p>6) Last but not least, the ability to record expense, income, and to generate the Profit/Loss report is very beneficial for me.
