• Product locked constantly. Emails to tech support not answered. I got NO support

  Unknown. Product kept crashing and tech support was non-existent. Basically they took my money and ran.

  Cons

  I was able to convert ONE movie. After that the program kept locking 20 mins into conversion. It keeps asking for my registration code and then tells me it is not the right code when it clearly was! Do NOT buy this product.

  At first, I liked how fast is would convert. Now, the program rarely works and quite often just locks up...

  As a licensed copy owner, this product has turned out to be almost useless. It would work on one DVD of a two DVD set and the second DVD had sound video sync/drop issues. Some DVDs will not work, ever. I decided to contact customer support via their email help ticket system on multiple occasions and got NOTHING!!! I then tried to get a refund within their advertised 30 money back garantee...NOTHING. They have NEVER replied to ANY of my attempts to contact them. People, if you wanna' get ripped off, buy this product. This company is a SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

  Reasonably priced, if you don't have to wait for the CD to arrive in the mail.

  Poor online support. I bought the package three days ago, downloaded the program, but never received Registration Code. I sent them email, but no reply. 3days later, I am still waiting for the Code.

  Ordered on a Sat and the Registration code I was sent did not work. Emailed Lenogo--no response (they don't give a phone number). Called thier 3rd party billing company (RegNow.com) twice on Sunday. They emailed Lenogo. It's now Tuesday night and I have had NO response from Lenogo. RegNow says I have to wait another 2 days until they will refund my money. I shouldn't have to wait any longer for a refund for a product that doesn't work from a company who I can't contact. Never again!

  Absolutely none.

  Cons

  There is no reason to buy this product unless you like being robbed. After having purchased this, they never provided the registration code which in turn gives you the license key to activate the software. As of this writing, I've waited almost a month, and have yet to be able to use the software. I have no idea if it works well or not, because they took the money and never provided a working product. Avoid Lenogo like a bullet to the head.

  The video doesn't match the audio and the settings button/file,settings doesn't work. <p>The worst part of this product is the support...there isn't any. Lenogo won't respond to e-mails OR their fake support web site. <p> <p>Don't waste your time on this software. If you do...then go directly through RegNow <p>1-877-353-7297. <p> <p>The worst part of this whole experience with Lenogo...was being ripped off.

  Worked on only a few DVDs and was fast.

  Cons

  Did not work on many dvd's leaving breaks in the sound. The did not respond to any support questions and would not reply to my request for a refund. Good Luck getting your money back, make sure to test all DVDs. I tried cucusoft's and it worked on all my dvds.
