  I have used many ISPs before in the past and AT&T seems like one of the best. Their software is a small file that sits in your system tray. Not like other ISPs that have huge programs and you have to keep the program open to stay connected. AT&T is simply to use. All I have to do is double click on the AT&T icon on my desktop and click connect, simply as that!

  I have dial-up. I *still* can't connect at sppeds of more than 28.8k. I've never had this problem with any other ISP, so it has to be them.

  I feel misled when they make the 3o-day risk free trail seem so painless when it took me frequent calls to customer service and get a refund on the modem kit and an erroneously-charged early termination fee. BE CAREFUL. They hope you won't check your bill. AT&T WorldNet is not honest with its customers

  37KBPS I GOING TO GET SBC YAHOO INTERNET THAY SAY THAT CAN GET SPEEDS AT 53KBPS UNKNOW??? I NEED TO TRY THEM AND LET SEE IF U CAN GET SPEEDS AT 53KBPS

  my You will get a connection speed above 45000bps,and that is at the high end. AT&T doesn't seem to cooperate in resolving this.

  this is one of the WORST customer service oriented companies I have ever dealt with...i was double billed on my credit card and more! and....their customer service can help you. I UNRECOMMEND them to anyone I see!
