Yet another take on the tried-and-true space-shooter formula, AstroRaid breaks no new ground but likely still will please fans of the genre. Most folks won't have a tough time figuring out how to play this simple game; you use your mouse to shoot your spaceship's weapons and move yourself out of enemy fire. However, since it takes multiple shots to destroy a single foe, the game offers more of a challenge than many similar programs. The graphics, sound effects, and music all are fairly decent, but you can adjust the audio if you find the default settings too loud. Unfortunately, AstroRaid doesn't allow you to play with the keyboard or jump ahead levels. Nevertheless, if you've sampled many of the space-shooting titles already on the market, you might as well give this one a chance.

Good Game. Terrible customer service

Playing the demo is fun but short lived

Trying to get the full version is more of a hassle than jury duty.
Summary
I finally went and got the full version. The advertisement claims no waiting to get the registration code for the full version. Then you get an email saying it will be a few hours. Well 2 days and 6 emails went by and nothing. Not a thing. I will never buy from Gamerange.com again and i suggest staying away from this game. Sad because the game is fun to play.

I've paid for this game, and changed computers, and now I can't get them to accept the reg. key. No one answers my emails.

What I like is that these games keep getting made over and over and over again Its like the twilight zone! I like how you get to control a (hold breath) *ship* oooooooo a space ship.

Playing this game was like biting hard into ice cream like it was an apple.
