• Excellent product, easy to use and outstanding support

  Pros

  Really easy to install. Loads of flexibility: you can hide reports, tables, fields,...in a very controlled way setting up your own access levels through a script. You can use your own style sheet to keep the results looking like your own site, and many other features that I haven't had the need for yet. What I LOVE about this is how excellent the support is through their forums. Not only they answer rather quickly, they take your feedback on board and sometimes include your suggestions in next releases so it is constantly improving and covering everybody's needs.

  Cons

  Not a major issue but the manual available is limited, probably because they can't keep up with the constant new features.

  Pros

  Almost instant productivity. Very easy to set up reports and pass parameters for filters. The negative reviews are from people who obviously didn't spend more than 30 seconds on it and missed the boat.

  not much negative. would be nice if there was a wysiwyg for layout.

  Pros

  It was one of the simplest to use and I tried about 10 different ones. Excellent Product Support.

  Minor bugs but it doesn't bother me that much because the support and is so good and the product is so easy to use.

  Pros

  I needed to get a reporting web site up and running quickly. I found the ASP Report Wizard to be extremely easy to learn with excellent documentation online. When I needed some additional features the support team could not have been more accomodating. They provided very quick turnaround and always kept in communication with me. Bottom Line: I LOVE IT. Kudos to the engineering and support team.

  It just installs a DLL file. Not help, no instructions. Then you check on the website. It requires setting up a folder in IIS, pasting code into some file to get it running.. Only examples is for Access file. This package is NOT finished. Would be okay from some open source project, but this costs over $300! Be warned, don't waste your time.

  We have implemented this in four hospitals in Victoria and are using it to generate reports for doctors and other medial staff. Is is extremely simple to set up and use.
