  Used trial version to find what seemed to be deleted video file on an sd card. Purchased full version to recover file. Recovery failed and weak tech support did not succeed. Asked for refund, to no response.

  Tested many programs for erased data, task was to restore 'finally' erased movies and pictures on a SD card and on a nokia mobile - ONLY this one performed
