• Pretty darn good.

  Pros

  It certainly kills spam. Sends a nice email notice to the sender asking them to confirm their identity.

  Cons

  Only opens mail in Outlook Express from the interface. Sometimes, somehow, spam senders get added to the whitelist. Not sure how.

  Summary

  It does a really good job of filtering EVERYTHING. If your sender doesn't respond to the auto generated email sent to them, or if they delete it, or if your auto-generated message is filtered by THEIR spam filter, they won't know they were supposed to approve a message and you won't get their future emails. However, if you are sure everyone that legitimately emails you will reply to the auto-generated message, it works pretty darn well. When you try to open an email to view it directly from ASB, it only opens in Outlook Express. You can't change that. That really sucks since OE sucks and I prefer either Evolution for Windows or Thunderbird. All in all, it's better than a lot of other products out there.

  Can't set up new boxes, create new email, receives mail in ASB and makes Outlook Express null.
