ARMITRON PRO-FIT Tracking is measured on a daily cycle.
Activity is tracked from midnight to midnight. Sleep Time is tracked from noon to noon. We recommend wearing the ARMITRON PRO-FIT on your non-dominant arm in order to get a more accurate step count.
There are 2 major features of the ARMITRON PRO-FIT app:
Activity Record
This function analyzes types of daily activity through the collected data. The activity record fully presents users everyday activities, including walking steps, walking distance, calories burned, and activity intensity.
Sleep Record
This function analyzes users total sleep time and total deep sleep.
Other features:
Set daily goal, and when the goal is achieved, a star will be marked on the date.
View fitness history by weekly, monthly and yearly report.
