• Arelis ws SEO Elite / Keyword Elite

  One comment here is surprising and i feel it is biased. I am a professional SEO and I use in fact both IBP / Arelis and SEO Elite. Both are good SEO software packages - SEO Elite is a lot cheaper but a very powerful package - one of the best SEO packages out there. I am in fact a big fan of Brad Callen the head of Bryxen software making SEO Elite and Keyword Elite. I suggest buyers try out free 30 day trials and make up your mind then. I have gained 1000's of Top 1 positions with both of these SEO packages - and a number of free standing SEO tools. You have to use your head also when you implement. <p>I do recommend both - and even without a -40% SEO Elite is likely to be the cheaper solution - and at least equally good

  I am one of the victims of this program. After receiving many SPAMS in my private, unpublished order processing e-mail; I tracked ARELIS as the source. I contacted the company and told them their program was advising people to SPAM my order processing e-mail and it was causing me harm. They denied their program did this. So, I downloaded the program. I entered a keyword for my site and sure enough it advised my to SPAM my private e-mail address. Further investigation showed that instead of giving my contact e-mail, it was scanning my site and stripped out my PayPal account (hidden from the viewer) in a string passed to PayPal. <p> <p>The program is useless anyhow as everyone knows that link exchanges haven’t affected PR for years.

  Arelis is at version 4. For being it’s 4th version it is one of the most inept programs there is. I can see why you would rate this program well based on Arelis’s concepts, but those concepts constantly fail. For example. One of the features is that you can remove a site that doesn’t desire to trade links with you. When you do so, Arelis is suppose to put that site in a filter so you will not contact that site again. Consistently Arelis fails at this task and you are contacting webmasters that you should not be contacting. Consequently you have webmasters mad at you and even saying you are spamming them. This is a Arelis bug that needs to be fixed immediately. Arelis search function is inconsistent and practically useless. Finding link partners is a real adventure. For example it may find a site like SITE . COM but it will also find SITE . COM/PAGE1.HTM - SITE . COM/ PAGE2.HTML, ETC. Useless. <p> <p>Even worse is their tech support. They do respond, but every response is a canned answer that this feature will be improved at their next update. How convenient and simplistic is it for Arelis to continue to reply that is will be improved at their next update verus trying to actually help you. <p> <p>Do not buy unless you want to be called a spammer from other webmasters and deal with the frustration of not getting help when you need it.

  finds reciprocal links to any site, finds contact info, creates link pages custom to your site, has templates to email webmasters, saves lots and lots of time!...so many features, i can't name them all

  I spent 65 hours doing what this program did in 2 1/2. I bought the business version and it is worth every dime! You must print the PDF instructions to understand everything. Only an idiot wouldn't!

• One of my Best Software Programs!

  I'm surprised to read some of the negative comments. This program is one of the best software programs I own. It makes trading links so easy and the built-in features are fabulous - even personalizes outgoing e-mail automatically within the templates. I also like having the ability to click one button to see if my reciprocal links are still active on other sites. If you haven't traded links before then you might find that there's a little learning curve. I have found the tech support to be very responsive to my e-mail with helpful answers to all of my questions. I like the fact that all upgrades are included free too. I'm so glad I purchased it!

  Three minutes into my first project it froze on me. To make a key word match, I have to click the buttons one by one. You're better off by just going to Google link or Alexa. You have to go the sites anyway even if you use this piece of hassle.

  This is a combination of a search engine and e-mail client, nothing more. You enter your keywords and it finds you web sites that are close to what you have entered. Then you look at those sites, choose which ones to contact. write them, wait for answers. The Standard $99 version is very limited - you only can keep 2 URLs in the database and promote max 2 sites. You must send only 1 e-mail at a time - even Outlook Express does a better job. And when I requested their heavily promoted "no questions asked refund", they simply shut up and pretend they don't get my e-mails. It's just a pure scam - stay away if you value your money. BTW, the full version costs $300!
