It has an intuitive interface, and is very easy to use. Total control of a wide range of output options in many different formats and resolutions. The program converted nearly all video files (include some HD videos) I tried. And it works fast. Also I had some videos customized with the options provided, very convenient.

Pros
I upgrade to this video converter platinum from a small freeware which I tried and felt good. I got some mxf files converted to mp4 and put on my iphone. The output quality is pretty good. Also I tried several HD videos, fast and satisfying, too.

I needed this to convert Flac files and their ads say it clearly does...it did not...I contacted customer support and they asked me to send the files....they could not do it either...they refund money....so I will file Credit card dispute...let them pay the fine...
