Good product and great company

Pros
Great help for allowing data entry on medical forms, and providing templates. Easy to set up and use. Any paper form can be scanned and then used to make an entry template. Many existing standard forms already exist on the web for free download. Customer service is excellent.
Cons
Can't clear multiple form fields. Wish it would select existing text when I tab into a field.

I found it hard to read this form and was searching for forms in general, and this form is not the sort you would find as generic - as in can be used worldwide - I am seeking to find a medical Employemtn form that I can send out to my job aplicants to return filled in to me before commencement of employment
