  I went through Download.com's hellish registration process just to tell you this: Do NOT do download this product! <p> <p>After the free 30 screen captures (not 60 as it says here), you can't use it anymore. Fair enough. But they have made it so you cannot completely uninstall it either, and whenever you subsequently try to capture screens the old fashioned way, using the PrintScreen button, the program automatically starts itself up, and produces a little pop-up to tell you that your trial is over and you must purchase the product. You knew that and don't want to purchase it? Sorry, you're SOL. The application clings like an evil louse to your hard drive, and no ordinary means will delete it. <p> <p>After 30 minutes of messing around with various Windows security settings, I finally figured out how to get rid of it. That is 30 minutes I will never get back. <p> <p>What makes people think being a bully and a pest is a good marketing strategy?

  I only wanted a screen capture tool that would capture a long window. This didn't. Its probably fair to also point out that the software I was trying to capture screens of is Chordiant Marketing Director which has quite an unusual interface.

  Most people who are looking for a screen capture prog are looking for one that can capture DirectX content. Although it claims to... this one doesn't... plain and simple.
