  I needed a MOV file converted and this doesn't do that. My mistake so I give it four stars.

  It won't do the conversions I want. I need MOV, RM, and RAM files converted to MPG or WMV. It doesn't even recognize MOV, RM, or RAM as video file types. Also tried merging 3 WMVs into one -- it says it can do it -- but it aborted with an error after the first file. This software might be good for something, but it's no good for what I need.

  The interface is really ugly, but easy enough to use. HOWEVER, the trial version adds the stupid product name tag right in the middle of the video, ruining it!

  The program is designed for easy use

  It does not work. I tried to convert from avi to mpeg, wmv to avi or mpeg, mpeg to avi but no matter which you use it always gives you an error and shuts down. Tried uninstalling and install 3 times with same results. It does not like ANY input format. This program is a waste of time.
