  Downloaded it and it installed the PC Optimizer Pro virus, some bogus arcade website and a social networking site that was something like wagma or wamga, I should have wrote it down but I was busy uninstalling it.

  WHAT THE HELL CNET!?!?!? I COME HERE INFREQUENTly BUT YOU HAVE GONE WAY DOWN HILL, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE DOWNLOADED A PROGRAM HERE IN THE LAST YEAR AND IT WAS A VIRUS. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME THE GUTTER!!

  Pros

  I do not often review software but Always On Top deserves some feedback. It is simple, rests in the system tray &#38; allows you to set the Always on top Attribute to any window you wish. An essential exe for my windows toolkit. (works w/ vista)

  Cons

  I expect no further features from this software but if I could imagine any CON it would be that it was not open source, as all reputable software should be.

  Summary

  A simple, stand alone, executable that belongs in your program files directory. For all picky, Obsessive compulsive, anal-retentive windows users, Always-On-Top may serve you well - in all of its simplicity. Despite the lack of a credible website associated with the program -- I, a random user, have had a very positive experience with this software. aumnamahshivaya

  Very limitted, you can not change background colors, neither size and style font, but I think is not really necessary
