Apparently, you can no longer buy this product. Clicking on the "buy" buttons sends you to a page of advertisements, none of which have to do with Allpicturez.

don't know the first five failed and then pay pay pay. Could not tell if this is good. Never saw one pic before I had to pay. Never pay for this. Don't waste your time. If I saved you time then email this site saying so. This crap needs to be pulled from this site. What a shameless way to advertise.

This program DOES NOT DISPLAY PICTURES IN WINDOWS 2000. It will install but the pictures download and vapourise. Nice idea, could be great if it WORKED.

Downloaded this and with in 2 days had 8572 pics. Only down fall is that after downloading pic, if you move it from dic. or delete it next time you go to that group it will not show you have it downloaded. All in all easy to use great product.

I will admit that this is almost the bare minimum to determine "fitness for use"... and $35 is a fair price... but come on, be real! SOME of us want to make sure we ENJOY using a program before we buy it. Just because a program does the job doesn't mean I'll actually be using it. Kicking the tires means nothing without a test drive down the interstate.

Easy to use, simple interface, and gets the pictures. If it didn't have the problem decompressing certain JPEGs it would be a good program. Maybe next version...

AllPicturez is a specialized news reader for Windows 95, 98 and Me that focuses on picture newsgroups. It filters text and spam from usenet postings and presents only the pictures in an easy-to-use interface. The software offers thumbnail support, zoom, and other basic image editing features. It supports common file formats such as JPEG, GIF, Base64 and UUdecode as well as queued downloads and server authentication.

It now allows a list of news server addresses so you can change a news server more quickly. Also, you can now drag the picture around if the picture doesn't fit the picture view, and you can now determine the size of the thumbnails or switch them off. The new version has additional small improvements based on user suggestions.
