Supported formats include AVI, DivX, Xvid, MPEG, WMV, ASF, RM, MOV, FLV, 3GP or MP4 files The included video player and different splitting mode let you split or cut a movie file to smaller clips easily. You can even use it to convert a single file. Output format include AVI, MPEG I/II, VCD, SVCD, DVD, WMV, FLV, 3GP, MP4. All encoders/codec are built-in and any supported conversion can be done once you downloading the software. The program does not require any technical experience and is very easy to use.

Pros
It looks like it could work, but you really can't tell from the "trial" version.
Cons
Tried several times to split off a few minutes of vob format to mpeg. It seemed to work, but it kept cutting the clip off too short to really evaluate whether it was worth buying or not. Decided that if they wouldn't provide an adequate trial of their software that I wasn't going to spend good money to find out if it really was what I needed or not.
