If you like bowling games, perhaps you haven't tried Alley 19 Bowling. Installation consists of unzipping a file, then launching the executable that starts the game. The aim of the game is to bring down pins by rolling a ball at them. You get two attempts to bring down all 10 pins. Control over your character in Alley 19 Bowling is extremely inconvenient, though, since all actions are done with the mouse. The trial version lets you play four frames and fills in the results in the scorecard. After you play those four frames, the game exits immediately. If you want to play again, you have to restart Alley 19 Bowling altogether. Bowling fans might like the game, but only if they buy the full version, which relieves the interface problems.

Developer’s Description

Return to the good old 1950s to play bowling.
It's the 1950s. Hot rods and drive-ins are cultural icons. Eisenhower is in the Oval Office, and bowling is America's favorite pastime. Alley 19 Bowling takes you back to those times for the ultimate tenpin challenge. The game features a '50s soundtrack, mouse-driven rolling action, jabbing comments from the gallery, and special animations for milestone scores.
