All Programs for Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.0 is a program that lists and allows you to launch all of your Traditional Windows Desktop programs. In brief, it provides the functionality that the Windows 7 - Start Menu - All Programs provided. When installed, it creates a Task Bar Icon used to access the All Programs tree structure. (This task bar item can be moved to the left most position for maximum ease of use by holding down the left mouse button and dragging it to the left.) All Programs also provides the ability to copy an application link to the Desktop or pin an application to the Task Bar. Unlike typical Start Menu replacements for Windows 8.1, All Programs will not eliminate the existing Start Button in Windows 8.1. All Programs is simple, straightforward and a must have for any Windows 8.1 or 8.0 computer. All Programs is installed on per user basis. It does not affect all the users of a computer.
