The Law of 5651, dated 04.05.2007, "Ã???Ã??Ã?Â°nternet OrtamÃ???Ã??Ã?Â±nda YapÃ???Ã??Ã?Â±lan YayÃ???Ã??Ã?Â±nlarÃ???Ã??Ã?Â±n DÃ???Ã??Ã?Â¼zenlenmesi ve Bu YayÃ???Ã??Ã?Â±nlar Yoluyla Ã???Ã??Ã?Â°Ã????lenen SuÃ???Ã??Ã?Â§larla MÃ???Ã??Ã?Â¼cadele Edilmesi HakkÃ???Ã??Ã?Â±nda Kanun", published in the Official Gazette no. 26530, on 23 May 2007 and became effective, does not only encompass regulations against offences but also includes provisions that define the role of all actors operating in the Internet environment, and their legal obligations. That is why the law may be mentioned as the first of the arrangements regarding the activities in the medium of the Internet.ALC is a system which collects all required logs info into a central point and ,as specified by law, keeps that logs with its HASH table data and guarantee that with a time stamp on that in the scope of 5651.This system is able to work on many different systems and devices such as; System, Firewall, UTM systems, Servers, Active Devices, Databases and all user accounted computers. All logs collected from the different system and devices are converted the suitable format for the system without any change on them. ALC has a web-based interface which could offer you remote control, management and configuration.
