Akshar Olakh is a delightful interactive app for kids to learn Marathi alphabets and syllables. Learning a new language can be a challenging task. This app is the first in the series towards fulfilling the overall goal of learning Marathi in terms of comprehension, speaking, reading and writing. It is specifically designed taking into consideration inputs from award winning "Triveni Marathi Shala" teachers in Cincinnati. The app engages kids into various activities starting with basic letter recognition based on shape and sound where kids learn to recognize the letters and also hear what it sounds like. The app then gets more challenging where the kids are challenged to recognize English transliteration of the letters.Features:- App has four modes to learn letter shapes, letter sounds, and learn letter and syllable sounds from their English transliteration. Each mode transitions children to get more familiar with marathi letters.- The app reinforces the sounds of the syllables by making the kids choose the right alphabets based on the audio input. Audio and visual feedback is given upon incorrect selection of letters or syllables.-The app is designed as a game to keep the kids engaged and challenged and have fun while learning.- Beautiful colorful graphics makes it visually appealing.- This app does not collect or store or use any form of personal data.
