Pros
Free, cuts MP3s relatively easily.
Cons
Very limited interface. Can take snippets of a file, but you're limited to clicking your start and end points by ear to select partial second increments (second 23.5) or dragging your start and stop points or using your keyboard arrow keys to select whole second increments (second 23), so it's very limiting. Also, I've noticed when you do it by ear, the end point cuts off early, so it's inaccurate.
Summary
If you want something simple, this is fine. If you're wanting finely tuned sound clips, this is not the program for you.

The files were created in seconds once I set up the file length
Cons
No place to put a manual time/pause, so I wasn't able to be as accurate as I would have liked in my locations.
Summary
For a free product, it's very efficient and useful. It loses one star because of it's inability to type in times for precision.

A virus infected my computer via download of this program. It was not an easy one to remove.
