Would NOT burn Blu-ray disk but files created were good

Pros
Created video file appears to be excellent, but only after using another product (ImgBurn) to burn the BD disk. Creating video from mp4 was reasonably quick.
Cons
Program failed at the video burn step numerous times. I created both the Blu-ray file folder and an iso file separately and both would not burn the Blu-ray disk, and both would not open correctly in the program after restarting it. The iso file was unrecognized (two different attempts), and the "Add folder" option only opened the *.m2ts file giving an error on each remaining file in the folder, so how could it burn from either option. It would try to recreate the folder again and still not burn. I had to use ImgBurn to burn from the files created in Aiseesoft Blu-ray Creator. Emailing customer support they assumed I had an older version and their response was to download the newest version, but I already had that. Basically no help, as noted previously.
Summary
Not worth the risk of buying this software only to have partial use of the program, with no burn function, unless you don't mind two stepping it and using another program like the free ImgBurn. Perhaps that's why Aiseesoft are selling it so discounted: $23.95 on sale.
It helps me create blu-ray iso files for backup.

I just purchased this product very recently and it seems pretty good. I created blu-ray iSO file from mkv format for future use with this software. And it works great.

Pros
As a powerful Blu-ray burner software, Aiseesoft Blu-ray Creator helps me create high quality blu-ray from my HD videos. I also use it to create blu-ray iSO files from MKV video for backup. It works great.
Cons
It doesn't support 3D blu-ray files. Hope you can add this feature to this program.

Pros
This version provides the best function. It burns my MXF videos to Blu-ray folder for storage with no problem. Fast speed, best quality and easy-to-use. Everything is OK. Great software.
Cons
The one I could not satisfied is that it has less editing functions. Perhaps I need more about this.

Basically it is a good product for me.

- Product crashes - No listed product support on their website - Even when the program completes a job, the finalized disc is buggy - screen tears, audio-video synch issues. - It took days to get a response from their e-mail... and when they couldn't figure out the issue they stopped responding all together. - Would not give me a refund, even though I met their refund requirements.
Summary
What started off as a promising purchase soon devolved into a headache from the product's bugs to the company's near non-existent customer service.
It Crashes

Great Interface, allowed to choose to write subtitles where foreign language was spoken, Encodes with H264, audio AC3 mono, 2 ch, 5.1 chs., menu can be set to no menu.
Cons
I ripped bluray to hdd using DVDFab ripper to MKV format. Blu-ry Creator uses a 4-step process: Applying Settings, Creating Title, Create Menu, Writing Disc. I started at 9:58 and crashed at 10:59 with 89% done in the creating title section, error "Error while creating video/audio file". Really poor description of the crash. Aiseesoft's web site listed a lot of products, but no mention at all of Blu-ray creator - so that means they offer no support at all.

This software is crAp. PC I7-4770k, 32gb ram, sabertooth z87 mobo, MSI R7950 w/3gb, 13TB storage.

I like study and try something new. It is a very good attempt to create a BD disc with my own video. Aiseesoft Blu-ray Creator helps me achieve the perfect experience. It helps me burn my MP4 video to BD-25 disc. And I also like the powerful editing functions such as audio tracks, subtitle, menus and so on. I'm very satisfied with its simple operation step and high output quality.
