agReporter allows medical representatives and health care professionals to log Medical information requests, register product complaints and adverse events through their mobile device. agReporter makes it simplerfor all users to correspond with drug manufacturers and get the latest medical adviceagReporter's enhanced user interface allows for quick, easy and accurate entry of inquiries, product complaints and adverse events. Inquiries and product complaints can be submitted via mobile device and accurate, consistent and approved responses obtained using the extensive repositories of FAQs,Documents and Literature articles. With agReporter, healthcare professionals and patients have a user friendly,intuitive way to log product complaints, adverse events and product complaints attaching source documents and loading pictures of the product/event using the inbuilt camera on their smart phone or tablet. Submission is immediate and automatically routed to the correct department for processing. If required, automated acknowledgements can be provided. Similar to the sales reps, both types of user can also access a subset of FAQs and documents that are provided based on their user group and language settings.
