• Purchased program, but still waiting for product key

  Excellent Program, easy to use. Good PERT chart capability

  Customer service is very poor. Purchased the program through their online agent. Advised product key should be sent within 48 hours. It's over a week now, still no product key and my bank account has been debited for the cost. They will not respond to my emails and have sent to date 4 emails asking when I will receive the product key. No response to any of my emails. I've used the email address link on their product site.

  Good program, but with their customer service track record I've experienced, I would be very reluctant to recommend them.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 4, 2012<p/>Shareturn eventually contacted me (Kagi the company that sells the software on Shareturn's behalf) finally got them to reply and they sent me a product key. Tried the product key they supplied and it wouldn't work. Contacted Shareturn and they gave me an acknowledgement reply informing me they've passed my problem onto the software developer. Haven't heard from them since,(&gt; 1 week) and they won't replay to my emails. I've given up on this product, and concluded that I've lost my $79.

  Pros

  You can view and create MS Project xml file without MS Project by using AdeptTracker. It's very good for us.

  Grammar is a bit lacking in Help pages, but the application is a good viable alternative to M$ Project, at 1/10 the price.
