  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This driver for Adaptec 1480 SCSI pcmcia card and Titanium 867 DVI work on Jaguar but not on Panther. Now with Tiger (10.4.3) it is OK - BUT the pkg downloaded (here or at Adaptec) is unusable - decompress give an empty folder. The Solutions is to copy .kext from a copy of the previous OS 10.2 install to the /System/Library/Extensions/ and changing mode to root (chown) and rights to drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel and now with VueScan and SCSI Dimage Scan Speed F-2800 I am able to scan 35mm slides without rebbooting in 10.2... Thanks to TIGER
