I'm saving 3 days a month using Accomplish Lite

Pros
Monthly client statements and supplier remittance advice notes show individual and collective totals and this alone is a huge time saver and makes the business much more efficient. All statements / remittance notes are sent on first day of each month
Cons
None really to mention, it doesn't calculate wages. Perhaps that's something for the future.
Summary
As an Order Processing package it's sits on the right on fence of being an accantancy package but it is so much easier to use. I now create all of my supplier POs and customer orders and invoices and at month end run a seris of reports (Client Statement, Supplier Remittance, Debtor & Creditor, Work in Progress, Accruals, along with a detailed VAT input & output summary) with all the finanical detail being exported to a spreadsheet for the Accountants. It was necessary for me to go beyond the 5 client limit, so I decided to arrange the lease option. It is the easiest "no accountancy" package I ever used to improve my working day, allowing me to become very efficient and it provides all the accountancy information I need for the Accountant!
